Relegated to Abandon

Finally, a new post! The light was great today and I actually had the time to get out and do some shooting. It felt really good to just shoot for fun again, something I haven’t done in a while. This one was shot from the side of the road somewhere between Gonzales and Shiner.

I was quite surprised, after not posting for a month, to find my site listed in the hall of fame this week. I’m not sure how that process works but I’m honored to be listed there among some very talented photographers.

Some big changes are coming in January so stay tuned. Thanks for visiting!

This is such a powerful shot. The B&W really brings out an ominous feel, and it also accentuates the dilapidated feel of the building.
